This is definitely not the same Tubby's I had in my youth. This location doesn't allow you to come inside. It's drive-thru only. I remember going into the store, ordering the steak and cheese and the cook would combine all of the ingredients on the grill and he would flip the mass back and forth until the cheese was melted. I actually live MUCH closer to the 12 and Schoenherr location BUT, EVERYTHING about this location is BETTER, especially the bread! It's ALWAYS fresh, and a lot more care goes into the assembly of their food! The people are fantastic, too! Also, they have an assortment of fantastic CUPCAKES!
