The G.M. that works this store is Absolutely fantastic!! I've been ordering delivery for nearly two years now & I know for the last year He was G.M I wish I had gotten his name I'm embarrassed to say that I forgot his name. When store is short on employees he jumps In does delivery makes sandwiches takes orders ect. If you have a problem He will get it fixed. What can I say? You can never go wrong with fresh cold cut subs!!!! I never have been a fan of Jimmy John's bread... the ends are always a little hard. They are thin and hard to roll up the subs with big meat like the J.J. Gargantuan. I typically get the "Double Garg," which is the gargantuan with double meat. The garg originally is already hard to roll up.The staff was nice and friendly. One star is missing here because they forgot something on my sub... the sweet hot peppers....read full review
