I saw a band called Protea, they were amazing, and I really hope they are invited back!Kilkennys is impressively capable of handling live bands, and creating a happy fun environment.
Nice hidden gem in the middle of Traverse city. Nice servers, comfortably seating and almost a blind pig feel as you walk down the steps to enter. But I must insist an Irish bar serve the Guinness in real Guinness glasses.

Nice underground bar/lounge! Went to this place to play some pool while in town for an event. Decorations, lounge area, separate pool table area tucked back in a corner were all a winner for me. The band was pretty good, sound was good, and the stage back was pretty cool. Only set back was this place, is some of the bouncers, which are hot headed and unnecessarily physical.
