I’m usually a big fan of Panera, but this is the least efficient drive through ever. We waited close to ten minutes at the drive through—we were the only car and we ordered breakfast pastries!The prices at this location are noticeably higher than downstate locations. Over $5 for a bagel with cream cheese, and they don’t even spread it for you!
Good food.... if you want to spend that much money for fast food. I got the almond chicken half sandwich, half chicken noodle soup and a coffee. My husband got the steak and cheese half sandwich with fugi apple chicken half salad, with a coffee for a total of $37 for both of us. The food tasted good, but was it worth almost $40? My chicken noodle soup was soupy.....mostly broth. Hardly any noodles and virtually no chicken in it. The half sandwich was good. My husband had no complaints.......read full review

Food was great, place was very clean, coffee hot and tasty. But a special shout out to Tina, who went above and beyond in customer service for my mom, who was having trouble chewing the baguette bread for her sandwich. I asked for softer bread thinking we could just change it out, but Tina remade her sandwich so it would be fresh. We had just left a dr. appt where my mom had gotten much needed good news and Tina's kindness was just the cherry on top!
