Refills are $1.50? What year are we in? 1983? Anyway the food was decent but very expensive. Single burger and fries with a small drink is over $10. Charging for refills was a big turnoff. My dad owed a fast food restaurant for 27 years and would never be that cheap. Won't go back.
Located inside the Oakland Mall (not in the food court), this restaurant feels a bit run down. Only got a kids meal for my daughter - she seemed to enjoy it. Service was slow as it took 10+ minutes for the food to come out.
