The service has gotten worse. Was standing in line and only 1 cashier. She was doing other things and not paying attention to the line. The Manager on duty told her to tell us that food was going to be 15 to 25 minutes. I WILL NOT BE BACK.Update 3-16-2024Since my last review the store has moved to the new location. So i figured to give them a try. Food was good. Service was much better. But not many tables were clean.
Stopped and bought my daughter and myself a small mac and cheese and myself a tea. The Mac and Cheese was really good and the tea was ok. The problem is the portion size compared to the price. The container may have been about 3/4 cups, but the cost was $7 each. I was like, what?!?! Later that night, I saw a container of Panara Mac and Cheese that was twice the size at Kroger for the same price. Will not be buying it at the restaurant any longer. Food was served quick and the atmosphere was clean. This is the first time I have visited since they moved to the new location. The old store left many things to be desired about the entire dining experience.
