“Stopped and bought my daughter and myself a small mac and cheese and myself a tea. The Mac and Cheese was really good and the tea was ok. The problem is the portion size compared to the price. The container may have been about 3/4 cups, but the cost was $7 each. I was like, what?!?! Later that night, I saw a container of Panara Mac and Cheese that was twice the size at Kroger for the same price. Will not be buying it at the restaurant any longer. I will just buy it at the grocery store and throw it in the microwave for a few minutes. The prices are always ridiculous at places like Panara.“

“I used Panera online delivery service for the first time today. I am so impressed. I ordered a cookie selection for my friend who lost a son a couple of days ago. Panera promptly delivered the box of cookies to her porch. The online process was extremely easy to navigate. Thank you, Panera!“

“Who doesn’t love Panera bread? The Greek salad is great, as is nearly everything on the menu. Prices are a bit high, especially for beverages. I wish the value combos selections were a little more diverse or flexible and it’s unfortunate that my favorite location is making the unlimited beverages harder to simply self serve, but I’m sure there was a good reason.Parking: The parking is quite tight, and essentially none of the spaces are adjacent to the building so once you park you are ALWAYS having to watch out for cars backing out, pulling in, or lining up for drive thru. Building designers should know better—and most do—as this layout is noteworthy in how hard it is to get in and out of.“
