“I've eaten here a number of times and the the food has has been good most of the time. Two times in recent visits I had problems with the food. I had the perch dinner and it was soggy with a pool of grease. Menu suggest a house made crust on the pizza and I have had people recommend it, but the crust was the only thing about the pizza I thought was not good. My wife and I like going there, but wonder if staffing problem are the cause. Until the last two visits the food was consistently good.”

“This local gem is like if five guys had swagger. The mushroom Swiss burger with truffle aioli is terrific and the people who work there are cool. If you are looking for lunch near downtown muskegon you want to go ”

“Came back home to visit, living in Oklahoma now and asked for the best sandwich/ hoagie shop was and they said this place and they weren't kidding, it's fantastic. I will definitely be back. Now when I come I'll have 2 places I will definitely eat at. Mr.Scribs and Fatty Lumpkins.”

“Often, when visiting a new coffee house/shop, you get only a part of what you hope for (eg. atmosphere, ambience, service, product quality, and price). At Aldea coffee, you get the whole bundle! If you like something a bit spiced up, try the honey cinnamon latte! Simply great!”

“Been havin breakfast here since I was knee high to a grasshopper. It's my favorite place! I believe I would make special trips to Muskegon, even if I lived all the way in Alaska, just to have a country fried steak or the Southern Skillet.”

“This is our favorite date night restaurant! It has a feel of a trattoria in Italy and the food is comparable in taste and quantity to food we had in Italy. The homemade noodles are amazing and the homemade gelato is delicious! We have not had anything on the menu we did not like!”

“The food is decent but they need back up workers on call for when it gets busy that way it doesn't have to take 45 minutes to order an ice cream not a complaint against the employees. But the owner should consider hiring part time people specifically for busy time”

“Brunch with the family and left with a new family. This is one of the most friendliest places we have eaten at. A genuine welcome when we were seated and a thank you for coming when we left with more than filled bellies. Portions are large. Wish we would have split a omelet. Breakfast buritto was amazing as well. Coffee cup never went empty. Keep this good place going! This is a new hidden gem for us. We will be back.”

“Stopped there during a trip to Muskegon. I had the absolute best latte in my entire life here. It was a mocha with house-made orange syrup, and I'm confident that it will remain the best tasting latte I've ever experienced.”

“Best in the neighborhood! Unfortunately it's located in the parking lot of a Liquor Store that is frequented by homeless and various degenerates. Despite this, the food is always fast, fresh, and delicious! Always worth the trouble.”

“I ordered online and pickup was easy and fast.I ordered Pork and Beef PT Tacos, Street Corn Nachos and Chicharonnes.The Tacos were a bit lacking but still really good. The Chicharonnes were an amazing sharable food, the flavor wasn't too over the top but still really good and pleasant.But God Damn, the Street Corn Nachos were to die for!!!! It was loaded with amazing ingredients from top to bottom! Each ingredient plays off the other.If you get one thing get the Street Corn Nachos, you will not regret it ❤️”

“This place is always packed! But if you're going in to order food to take out and you don't mind having a drink, then you'll be pleased with this bar and grill all around! We always go when we know we're there to order the burgers to go but aren't in any hurry and usually enjoy at least one drink before we even order.Hands Down, The 46 makes the best hamburgers I have ever had the pleasure to eat in the entire city, probably county! In earlier posts I have said I was a purist, so I get to really taste the meat itself. They must use a really superior grade of hamburger because the taste is superb! I like my meat touched briefly on the heat both sides, leaving it pretty much raw inside. With a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a fresh, warm bun, my perfect burger is finished! If the restaurant is worried about the raw meat and medium is the rarest they'll go, I'll get something else... but since the 46 Bar doesn't care whether I live or die from food borne illnesses, they make the perfect burger! My boyfriend likes his burgers medium/well and slathered with condiments and he still thinks the 46 Bar makes the best burgers around! If you haven't been there or if you have and not indulged in one of their burgers, you have to try one, just so you can try a superior grade of meat into burger!”

“UPDATEWe decided to try it again. This time was a complete game changer. Our waitress, Jasmine, was very knowledgeable about gluten-free and what could be made. She was very transparent with us about the menu. We will definitely be returning our next visit ro Michigan.There's a HUGE difference in an intolerance and an allergy. I'm allergic to gluten, which means I can NOT eat it. I wish the servers knew the difference when they put an order on. Unfortunately, my family will never eat here again. Horrible place to eat if you have any type of allergy.”

I have ordered takeout from here about five times now the burgers are great and the burritos are also really good.. gave food a five-star atmosphere of 5 star in service a three-star the only reason I'm giving service a three-star is because when you order carryout it requires you to go sit down at what is usually a packed bar with zero seats open and wait until you get noticed and are able to provide the name on your order.. with that being said the bar is very neat and clean and the patrons are also very nice and kind it's more of a restaurant than it is a bar I just wish I did not have to stand at the bar to ask for my order everything else is amazing it seems like a really nice restaurant the only other thing is there's Hobo's Tavern send handsome hobos and they're both right next to each other and I've spoken to multiple people that are confused on where to go and what the difference is between the two of them because they both share the same parking lot and it's just confusing why there are two separate buildings with two separate namesVegetarian options: Sides, saladsDietary restrictions: Ask and receiveParking: Huge parking lot with handicapped spacesKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes”

“Nice and fair priced cup of coffee, baked goods such as cookies, brownies, baklava. All very delicious.Other places charge way too much for a cup of coffee and sweet baked goods. So nice sensible places still exist.Nice daytime lady employees. Helpful with coffee, baked goods and use of bathroom.”

“I had the Mushroom Swiss burger, and truffle fries. SO GOOD!! My son had the Michigan Cherry burger and also thought it was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend!”
