“This is a small restaurant in the food court of a university so, it is rather small with a somewhat limited selection of food. It is also somewhat pricey, but not overly so. If you need a quick bite this is the place to go.”

“Wow WOW WOW.... My GF saw a post on Facebook, so we made the plan and drove over an hour and made our way to Gilly's... We walked in and was a bit shocked... Not very many tables but was shockingly it was REALLY busy... So we had read and reread the post and decided that we were going to get the specials (street corn/steak taco and the steak burrito, then decided we were going to try the birria tacos and the tamales) OMG.... So awesome and great! Definitely authentic and everything was definitely homemade! She told us it would be 20 min... And now I see why! There had to have been at least 5ppl come in and pick up orders while we were waiting for our food... While there don't have a liquor license... They definitely make up for it with the quality of their food! I absolutely can't wait to go back .. thank you Gilly's crew!!! Top notch in my book.”

“My favorite pizza of all time. Our family drives over an hour and always orders extra to take home. Try the stuffed mushrooms also! Perfect and loaded with cheese and flavor! I've had nearly the entire menu and have never been disappointed in food service or company.”

“The best ice cream! It's never a bad experience here. It's a little small inside but on a nice day you can go outside and enjoy the view of the water. The staff is always friendly and is good at answering questions. The quality of their ice cream is the best because it's all made in-house and just tastes so creamy and fresh. Definitely would recommend.”

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is so relaxing and fun, and the staff are very friendly and genuine. I highly recommend the house bloody mary, which has a variety of delicious pickled veggies. 11/10 stars.”

“My husband and I were hungry visiting Bay City and wanted some Mexican food. We've tried others in Bay City, and left disappointed. We stumbled upon this place and couldn't be more pleased. Not only was the service fast and friendly, the food was delicious. The sauce on the tamale was phenomenal, and the rice was perfect as well. My husband loved the Birria tacos. I'm a picky eater but nothing about this place left me hungry. Will be back.”

“It's a nice quiet little place to get a quick bite to eat. Their food is pretty small portions but it's fairly priced and I like getting a bunch of different things all at once so it's perfect for me. I've never gotten anything from there that doesn't taste good. And the food always comes out really quick too.”

“Family owned local business, great customer service, fresh bread and unique menu of subs to find your "go to favorites" (e.g. recommend the Rueben, and Cowboy), large servings so bring an appetite, one of the best sandwiches around. Highly recommend, stop by and check out for yourself. They manage their inventory of bread well, but occasionally run out, so if later than lunch rush, call ahead to place order or check on bread supply.”

“I spent over 10 years working downtown Frankenmuth for every festival. St Patricks in BC has that same vibe. This staff is the best around. I know what it's like to be overwhelmed but I've never witnessed a more professional group. Everyone at Coonan's are at the top of their game. We love you!”

“This gluten-free cauliflower crust with pesto sauce, chicken, fire roasted pepper, sun dried tomatoes, and artichokes was amazing!! All gluten-free and they definitely didn't cross contaminate...made sure they knew that was important. I highly recommend their food. Everyone else loved their food as well. A first for all of us but definitely not the last!”

Over the last year, we have talked so frequently about how delicious the food was, how kind the owner is, and how we were eager to go back anytime we visited again. We stopped in today while visiting our friends again, and ordered food before returning home. Everything tasted just as amazing as we remembered! If you’re visiting the area or live in the area, I would highly recommend Bytes, and I wish that I could get the food and the experience, where I live! My wife and I love to build our own bowl and both enjoyed the chicken Shawarma and lamb beef Shawarma. The naan is insanely good, and I highly recommend ordering the lassi (a delicious fruit smoothie)! We will definitely be back soon!”

“Have visited a couple times. The second time they were very busy, when we visited . We did have to wait a while for our food. The wait would have been alright if our sliders would have been made properly. We still ate the food because we were starving. The waitress did say she would notify the kitchen staff after we told her of our concerns. She did take some money off the bill, which is not why we told her but appreciated it. Will definitely go back.”
