I ordered food there yesterday and never received a receipt. This is the second time this happened and it's becoming a problem because I want to collect points to redeem for rewards. When I call the location, nobody answers the phone. I'm beginning to think they don't want people collecting rewards points.
We usually don't go to this one but we were in the area and hungry for Chipotle. We came in around 7 PM on a Tuesday night and it was not busy, only one person ahead of us. Husband and I both got veggie bowls to go. The service was quick. I knocked a star off because husband wanted brown rice and the container was empty and when he asked for it they didn't offer when the next batch would be ready so he had to get white rice. The lady (manager) at the register was not customer friendly. There was no one inline behind me, and she was rolling her eyes and huffing as if I was holding up her line. I was getting my Chipotle rewards apps ready, and she acted like I was interrupting her day. Cashed out without using my rewards....smh!!!
