Rating is based on the food. The food is pretty good. Sometimes the potatoes are undercooked. I do miss the old owner and old building... the new decor/paint/flooring is so bland. It was adorable before, now it looks like a caucasian mom's "live laugh love" decorated kitchen. The prices have definitely gone up over the years, but that's inflation. The Chocolate Gallery Cafe has been in my list of restaurants to try for a long time and had the opportunity with relatives visiting. Everyone in our party commented on how excellent their meal was. I had the kielbasa and cheddar omelette and it was bigger than the picture suggests. It was fantastic as were the home fries. In addition to their regular menu, they have a large variety of specials.
