This particular Shop doesn't have a problem with the service or the food per se, yet the building looks like it was built in the 90's and hasn't had a bit of maintenance done yet. I'd suggest if you're the franchisee owner maybe reinvesting some of that money back into the business and maybe people won't be afraid that their food will be as old as the building.
I haven't been to this place in years because I went vegetarian but I randomly got the taste for the Tubby's dressing today (it is a delicious dressing) and chose to give the hot stir fried veggie sub a try. I am both delighted and upset by how much I enjoyed it. xD It reminded me of when I used to get the mushroom, steak, and cheese sub (which I would recommend to the meat eaters). The people working there were also super nice! I will be wanting to return here soon!Vegetarian...read full review

Usually like coming here for my subs.. Manager and team awesome friendly.But make sure that they add sauce on your subs or at least have a side.Because occasionally sauce is forgotten....
