I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. We placed an order of pepperoni crazy puffs 1 hour before closing. When we arrived to pick up the order we were told that the order was not ready. Then we were told by another employee that the pans to make the food were dirty. Then when we asked for the manager, we were told by him that they did not have anymore of it left.Extremely dissapointed.Oh, also, they don't seem to be very clean.
We waited 90 minutes for a $4 order of the pizza bites. Everyone in the store waited for more than an hour, even for "HotnReady" pizzas. No explanation was given to anyone in the store. This isnt a one-time issue, its ongoing. The workers just hang out in the back with headphones. The management is clearly asleep, because there's no way a pizza joint this reputable should have this many problems.

This store has really gone downhill. The franchise must be owned by a complete incompetent. The last 2 times I've ordered from here I had to cancel my order because it took over 2hrs to get a pizza. When you walk in people are crowding the entrance because everyone has ordered via the app but no food was coming out. I tried with the other customers to wait the first time about 30min after I ordered 45min prior when the other people told me they have been waiting well over a hour...read full review
