“My husband and I only visit this location because of how friendly and efficient they are. Sandwiches are always delicious, and the restaurant is always clean. However, today was the first time we've experienced unfriendly service. We had a mobile order, and the staff was very dry and unpleasant. I am not sure what happened before we got there, but we'll be returning again. Maybe it was just an off day. The crew that was there we've never seen before. Just hope this kind of service isn't the sign of things to come. It's so hard to find nice, friendly, genuine service anymore.“

“I've been coming to Jimmy John's for year back when they would add brussel sprouts (they need to bring them back). The Veggie I'd say is my all time favorite eventhough I'm not a vegetarian but enjoy the freshness.Vegetarian options: The Veggie has always been my favorite here.“
