My husband and I went to Sonic. Pulled up to order only to to be told drive through only due to a staff of 3 at the time. No biggie, except there were only 3 cars ahead of us in line and we waited 1/2+ before able to place our order.We purchased fries with our 2 meals, both had nasty dried out tater tots. The food here not bad. But everything else is awful. They didn’t used too be like this. It started a few weeks ago when the mobile app wouldn’t let me order any breakfast burritos, then when we went to the stalls they were down or weren’t connecting to the app. This is without mentioning how awful some of the service is here.
