Nice variety and surprisingly good buffet style food. If you love buffet style dining you should enjoy China Palace. The food turnover is pretty good and minimizes the usual issues with buffet style dining. I did not see a hibachi option but they do have a hot pot buffet (trying that next visit).
Visited on a Saturday early afternoon, it's not a cart dimsum service, but will fix your dimsum fix. We read mixed reviews about poor service but we don't typically expect 5 star service at dim sum but everyone was pleasant and kept coming around to check in on us and ensure everything was great. It's very spacious with decor that you don't typically see in the area which was nice and appreciated. Our favourite was the custard bun!
