A constant rotation in our house! The hand pulled noodles, the appetizers, all so incredible. We’ve tried so many dishes but on a rainy day the N1 sliced beef hand pulled noodles just hit different. So comforting and delish.
Dining here isn't just a meal, it is an experience. First timer? No problem. Jenny will pull up a chair and sit down to walk you through the menu. All while teaching you about the food culture. The entire staff is welcoming and accommodating. Wait times for food even during peak times are short. I honestly don't know how many times we have eaten in, but it is one of those places you can't get tired of the food. Quality and taste is excellent. The hand pulled noodles are awesome as is the staff! Menu is expansive with apps, soups, and noodles. Only drawback is the atmosphere: cold spots in winter, ripped and semi-patched booths. But totally and utterly worth the great food and service. I get cravings to go back!
