“I was so impressed with this place. Even though they have a high overall rating, there seemed to be some concerns about service and prices. Ok, so this place isn't cheap by any means and if you are starving, go elsewhere, but the food was delicious. We had the hirmasa which was amazing, the pickes which were good, the branzino which was delicious, the steamed clams and mussels which were uniquely yummy, and the short rib pho. We also had the sticky rice dessert which was fruity and interesting. We ordered several drinks from the menu and didn't dislike any of them. They are very different yet good. Our server, Nick, checked on us regularly and didn't let us go without food or a drink. I will be back.“

I don’t remember what it was but I was impressed by the flavor, something very unique.In addition, in the events of the night, one of my crew lost their wallet. Bambu employees were very helpful in searching the next day. While it turned out to be elsewhere, I feel that they went above and beyond. Thank you!“
“Dalat or probably the best of the two Vietnamese restaurants within Ann Arbor. I always try the pho here and they never disappoint. Food is ok, though cannot compare to the places on the west coast. The ambience is ok and the staff are friendly.“

“Went here for the first time with my son today. The restaurant was very clean. I love that there were pictures of some of their food items so it was easy for my son to visualize if the food was something he would like to try.I got the K&D Pho with added chicken (and shrimp and chicken rolls) only served on weekends, it was absolutely AMAZING! The broth was so flavorful. I will definitely be making this a regular meal for myself“
