Never open when it's supposed to be. The food was old and cold. No communication to the customers, so there's always ppl sitting in line and they're closed. Management is aware but no one cares.
This Wednesday is the only time I’ve ever had a fast food restaurant. Admit that they messed up my order and then refused to fix it. I think this is the single worst fast food restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I have worked food and usually don’t leave negative reviews like this, but maybe just skip it or if you’re really craving Wendy’s drive to the other location

I don't expect much. I do expect friendliness and manners. I just left...was here less than 5 mins and the Middle aged short hair lady working the counter was so rude and made it so obvious she hates her job that my brother and I felt uncomfortable. Do better !
