He sprinted two blocks so my son doesn't miss out on his sandwich which was in the second bag that we forgot to pick on the drive-thru....he sprinted two blocks... this is the owner-operator of the franchise. What a commitment!! He set an example for my 13 year old son as to what commitment to your customers should be. If this kind of a guy doesn't succeed in his business and life, I don't know who will. If I ever have to buy chic-fil-a, I am only coming to this franchise even...read full review

Pulled into the drive thru to get some dinner, there was about 7 cars ahead of on each side of the drive thru. I only waited in line from start to finish for about 10mins.
