I literally visit this location several times during a work week M-F. I order the same thing every time online and walk in to get my order. Half a Napa Chicken Salad sandwich on sourdough with a regular charged lemonade. (Before the recents deaths due to the over consumption of the charged drinks it was self-serve. We love the food but this most recent experience almost cost my mother her job. We ordered lunch and a Tuesday bakers dozen with rapid pickup. It was not rapid. My mother was on her hour lunch break after having run a few errands, and we decided to pick up Panera on the way home. We ordered online and I was sent in to wait. The food was great. I had a hard time eating the 1/2 sandwich because the edges of the bread were really chewy. I ordered it from my phone and it was ready 3 minutes after I ordered it. The Cafe is spacious and clean.
