Online ordering service has really slipped at this location. Today I ordered a single sandwich for delivery, over the lunch hour. It took over 30 minutes to receive-- my office is about 4 blocks away. None of my customizations were added/removed and I didn't receive the requested mayo packets. In the last couple months this has happened about 99% of the time. There is a customization button for a reason, and it all prints on the receipt.
Appreciate how fast they are but wish they could at least take them time to read the order before making it. I asked for no lettuce and my sandwich had lettuce. Even after picking off 500 pieces of shredded lettuce my sandwich was still tainted with the nasty taste of rank lettuce.
