Was asked to park out front and was told that they would bring my order out. I waited 40 minutes and saw 5 cars that came after me get their orders before me. I had ordered just one pizza and one Italian cheese bread and the others had multiple. Went inside to explain my order and how long I was waiting and was once again told that they would bring my order out. I understand rush hours happen, but this was a little ridiculous.

New owners who have big dreams and realize Bemidji isn’t like a 1950s sitcom. So now the service varies from excellent to down right disrespectful. Same with the food, hit and miss. Better than before but went down hill since the first month of opening.
