It was an interesting meal, people chatting and filling containers with sauces, dining area could have been cleaner, customer service representatives need to look for customers. Mine was an app. order. I would eat here again.
I really loved the new bacon cheese steak. It was messy but good.I didn't like that the floor in front of the front counter was sticky. I also didn't like having to go back and ask for the shake that I ordered and almost had to repay for it. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The staff are always so friendly when I go through the drive through. I haven't been inside lately so don't know what that's like. My food is always good, I never have any problems with that. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I'm spending over 10 bucks for 1 meal so that sucks. But overall I'm very happy with Arby's.
