We ordered a sandwich and the bread was really dry and hard. I went to order more and the the guy was very unfriendly and we felt like we were bothering him both times. I then ordered 3 more footlongs and so he can get all the bread.I mentioned to him that we would like 2 cold cuts and the other one will be 1/2 meat ball and the other half ham. My chef made me 2 really good sandwiches, better than most. The only issue was I had a large piece if lettuce core with something dark in it in my sandwich. Other than that all was good. Don't think it was intentional, just something a machine spit out. Service was very friendly.
