They advertised that their breakfast sandwiches are made with "freshly cracked eggs" but they're actually pre-cooked and thrown into a warmer. Even McDonald's uses freshly cracked eggs - why can't Bruegger's? Freshly cracked doesn't mean hours old - your company can and should do better.Other than this criticism, I've had pretty good experiences with this restaurant. The service and food have been good every time.
Extremely nice and attentive staff. I got the farm house sandwich which was good. I would have given 5 stars but the dining area was extremely outdated and dirty. Broken booths, uneven tables and trash around. The staff is why I will keep coming back.

Bagels were good! Nice staff :) It took probably 15+ minutes standing in line to get food and they don't have indoor seating available yet... outdoor seating is combined with Starbucks it looked like. I wish they had options available to make it go a little faster inside!
