I’d give this place five stars a million times!!! Amazing salsas, delicious and tender meats, and the kindest family owns it. I get the beef chimichanga and my fiancé gets the beef enchiladas. El dorado is the ONLY reason we go to the Burnsville Center.
When you are looking for food in the mall food court that has more than 1/2 the places closed the bar is not set to high. Stopped here and ordered the chicken enchiladas and an order of the chicken nachos for 2 of us. Got more food than we knew what too do with and the quality was amazing! This is the best Mexican food I have had in years!! Really a hidden gem. Is it weird that my wife and are are thinking about coming here again for dinner some night??
