Their bagels are good and generally the staff is friendly. However, they just refuse to do any upkeep on anything in the store. Their rewards a “broken”, which has been the case for over a year. In other words, they won’t/don’t want to fix it. 4 of 8 of their sodas don’t work- as has also been then case for months. 50% ain’t great…. It's the perfect spot because I can swing by on the way to work (it's right next to the 35 exit). The lines move really fast - even if there is a lot of people stopping by. The staff does an amazing job and the food is always excellent!

I was able to order ahead, but they were out of what I wanted so I chose something else. The rewards system were not working (again). Employees were friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I arrived.
