My husband and I went to this restaurant after an appointment in the area. After experiencing the phenomenal service and delicious food, I wish it was closer to where I live so I could go more often!The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, and the food was fresh and made with high quality ingredients. I've loved this restaurant for 20 years! A true gem in the Eagan neighborhood. CONSISTENTLY, food has been delicious, service has been excellent and the value is awesome enough to bring the whole family. Ambiance is good, but not modern. Dropped in for lunch after an airport run. The place was clean and quick. They served their chips with a bowl of salsa and a bowl of spicy ranch that was surprisingly delicious. I ordered the Jalisco; the meat was a little overcooked but the shrimp was perfect. And they had Horchata, which is reminded me of my visits to Guatemala. Would stop by again.
