In a world of fast food garbage, Piada in Eagan stands out as something delicious and unique that you can still get quickly for lunch. Everything I have had on the menu has been wonderful, but it’s the team that really stands out. Always filled with recommendations and suggestions, they are willing to steer you towards what they like and how they like it. I only recently discovered Piada and it's really good! The staff was really nice and the ambiance is great for a fast casual spot. The outdoor patio has a fireplace so will definitely come back once it warms up too!

Piada is great for dinning in or taking to go. The menu has enough variety that it appeals to everyone in your group. My favorite is the Piada wrap. It’s a little pricy, but worth it for a lunch option that uses natural, fresh ingredients.
