March 19, 2024 Update:After trying this Sarpinos location againa few times, I can say I think they are back. The buy 1 large, get 1 medium is back, consistency issues are far less, and delivery time is great. I only order online and haven't had any issues. Every delivery person has also been polite. Only reason for the four stars is I never did get my garlic butter dipping sauce which hopefully gets fixed for the next one, But other than that, tasted awesome & love the variety of toppings.

First time ordering from Sarpino’s and it did not disappoint. Excellent phone service, 17 min from call to delivery. The large 2-topping pizza was to die for cheesy deliciousness! I’ll be back!
