Only one person working the counter when me and my Mom went there. Nice young lady, and very courteous when making our sandwiches. I guess times really are bad when a Subway only has one employee running the whole story hope this young lady is making at least $15 an hour as she is worth it in my book.
Came to the subway in Eagan Walmart on a random Wednesday afternoon at like 4:30 ordered a sub came down to when to put the veggies on the sub only to find out there was little to no veggies to choose from they were all gone. All that was left was lettuce, spinach, jalapeño peppers, banana peppers, green peppers, and pickles. Almost all the things most people don’t like. So here I paid 9+ dollars for a roast beef and cheese sandwich with spinach and pickles. Very disappointed...read full review
