“This bar was significantly better for my taste than next door. Small bar, small town Saturday night. I expected it to be loud and was extremely happy that had a very large patio we could still go talk and hear one another. I was immediately greeted and served and treated respectfully. Did not have any food so I did not rate food. It was hard to tell where the bathrooms were and which door to go out of to get to the patio. Minor inconveniences that don't affect my rating. Drinks were good. I just ordered rail liquor and it wasn't undrinkable.Parking: It's off street parking or parking in the grass next to the bar. Though that isn't specified.”

“Stopped in New Years eve. Fun bar and an AWESOME DJ! Not what I expected at all when visiting relatives for the holidays.The service was super fast and the music was insane. I have seen a dj in a bar before but this one didn't seem like a small town dj at all. I don't know if they always have him but they should.They had some food available too and a pool table.Incredible music, drinks... what more do you need for a night out?”

“Always a great meal at the Porterhouse. The quality is top notch, drinks are flavorful and the staff consistently delivers an exceptional experience (Pam killed it the last time I was there). The only downside is that the place is relatively small and they pack you in, so it can get quite noisy. You can definitely look past that though for all the other reasons I just mentioned.”

“I recently visited Tapestry Coffee for the second time and once again, I was impressed. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I tried their delicious chia tea latte, which was yummy. Additionally, parking was easy, making the whole experience hassle-free. Highly recommend!”

I’ve been to this place so many times and I’ve had some great experiences but the main reason I love coming to this place is the people are real, the service is great and Rena is by far one of the absolute best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. “Convenient sushi place for the south suburbs. We got takeout so I can't speak on the service or ambiance. I thought it was delicious, though my husband wasn't as big of a fan. I think the flavors were good but not as comparable to other sushi in the Twin Cities and suburbs. We got crab rangoon (more on the sweet side vs savory), two rolls, and chicken fried rice. The fried rice had a bit of a fishy aftertaste and was quite salty but my 2 year old daughter liked it regardless! I can't remember the rolls we got but they were good and satisfied my sushi craving. I liked the jasmine milk tea ! Huge serving of that and it was pretty affordable as well. Although the quality was fine, we felt like it was priced significantly higher compared to other sushi restaurants in the suburbs and the portions were a bit smaller. Regardless it was a good quick option for sushi that's not too far from us and it was still yummy!”

“This will be my new go to place for boba drinks! I went for the first time today and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is great if you want to take pictures - When I went they were finishing hanging a bunch of origami paper cranes from the ceiling. The drinks are delicious, I got the Brown sugar milk tea w/ boba and Matcha Latte w/ boba. Both of these drinks were made very well, the cup was full to the top and the amount of ice is perfect (they use what most places would consider light ice) so you actually get a good amount of drink and boba for your money.”

“I ordered their Easter meal for 7-8 people. Full meal plus desserts. It was ready for pickup on time on Easter morning. The directions were easy-to-use. Everyone loved the food. The meal was a bit skimpy on the gravy, but that was the only downside. I definitely will order from here again ?Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and their allergen list was very helpful.”

“A local favorite for years, this charming walk-up ice cream stand delivers delicious treats for fair prices. Open in the afternoon/evening in Spring, Summer, and Fall, it's a popular downtown Lakeville meet-up spot that's great for families. In the last couple of years they've streamlined their menu (almost all deserts now) and brought in hand-scooped ice cream by "The Chocolate Shoppe", which is fantastic stuff. They also serve soft-serve in many forms, all of which are tasty. I've sampled a number of their malts and shakes -- they're a delicious nostalgic time-warp to bygone days. Be prepared for some waiting -- the line leading to the single ordering window can stretch to the curb on hot summer nights. Then it can be another 5 - 10 minutes of waiting for them to fulfil the order, which you pick up at the opposite window. Mercifully, there are a number of picnic tables to sit at and there is a playset with swings and a slide that the littles just love.So, if you're not in a hurry and are looking for a delicious home-grown treat, you could do a lot worse than Dairy Delite.”

“We love to go to Dawn's for their Bloodies. They bring you a glass of vodka, ice and rimmed with spice. You then mix your own with a large variety of bloodied mixes. Then, you have a buffet of choices to accompany the bloodied....asparagus sprigs, olives, pickles, eggs, shrimp, meat sticks, peppers. Then you have a variety of seasonings and juices you can add.....pickle juice, hot sauces, soy, and the seasoning choices must be four or five options as well.Next is the wait staff ....the gals that have waited on us each time always greet you with smiles! They are quick to serve, check on you frequently to ensure you have what you need, and have awesome personalities. They want to make your time there a great one.We have had numerous good options from their menu and have never been disappointed. The burgers and wraps are fresh. French fries have a great crispness and are piling hot served to you. “I wanted to make more of an effort in 2024 to leave reviews for great experiences. We were Lakeville for a late fam Christmas and always love trying somewhere new. Madi K. was our server. Our food was fantastic along with the drinks. I did the Firery Bloody, she recommended a perfect Sauv Blanc and my hubby is an Old Fashioned snob and highly approved! We didn't need to bring anything home and the kids entrees/sides were at a wonderful price point (even healthy choices). We will be back for sure! Vibe was awesome and a great atmosphere. “I love this place. We always go for the hibachi dinners and they are so good (Yum yum sauce is essential). The staff is very welcoming and gives good service. I personally haven't had the sushi but I've heard it's very good as well. Pretty cool style on the interior, nice lighting, and a relatively small space which is nice.”
