Driving from picking up a load, this truck stop caught our eyes! So we merged into the turning lane to pull in. There are a couple of places to eat but we wanted BBQ! Did not disappoint! A local recommended the Brisket Reuben so we ordered that and some wings!! Delicious! I can bet this is the best BBQ joint in Lakeville Minnesota.
We visited Baldy's BBQ for the first time this weekend. Everything was generally good, but not life-changing. That said, we'll return next time we're in the mood for barbeque.The standout item was the Cheesy Corn Bake -- excellent! The mac and cheese was very good too. I enjoyed the pulled chicken sandwich, and my dining companion generally liked his food, although the brisket he received was very fatty and a little bit tough. This the place for ,if you want some good pork and fries. Which is the only thing I really get. Loaded French fry ,but called a Loaded tater tot.
