I was new to using the Pizza Portal Pickup. The time previous I had gone and it was so busy I didn't know who was in line and who was simply waiting, so I tried the Portal Pickup. So easy, will definitely use it again.
I’m not sure who was working tonight ( 10-Sep-23 around 6:30 pm) but they were great! There was a disrespectful customer and the way the young counter person handled themselves and the manager on duty stepping in was great! The customer left and everyone in the waiting area shouted with joy. That manager held herself together well and did great at handling the situation.

Got a pizza yesterday to go around 1 pm and got home only to find pizza crust was overcooked and pizza was very dried out. Would have taken back but living 30 min away wasn't worth the
