“My daughter loves this place. The other day she had a card not working and the cashier or barista worked with her several times to figure it out. Eventually she gave my daughter her drink until we could come back with cash. Excellent customer service. All smiles the whole time.“
“First off, parking is...not ideal most days when you come here. And the off chance you come when they are getting a delivery, you're likely to get stuck by the truck being there. I don't think it's intentional, but it sure makes leaving difficult.Friendly service, though quite slow every time I've been, regardless of how many customers are inside, makes it a little difficult for me to write a 5 star review, but...I gave it to them anyway, as they've never made a mistake with my drinks that they haven't rectified quickly.Inside is usually spotless, unless someone spills and they are actually busy, but they are aware, and acknowledge the issue, so that's nice.Bathrooms could use more attention (frequency) so that they aren't gross, but...if you get there early, it's clear they care about the stores appearance.Overall, a great store, just some constructive feedback. ?“
“Had a campus visit today with my senior!!! After the tour, we decided to stop by the campus Starbucks bcuz COFFEE is our jam! The people were amazing and friendly!! Even at a busy time for them, they were all smiles! Nice way to end a campus visit, and a great way to make a new possible student feel welcome!! ❤️?“
“I was having a terrible morning. I walked up to the order counter and one of the girls said she loved my messy hair and that I looked very pretty today. I was surprised by the compliment and thanked her. I began to order my drink and the other girl was so sweet! I asked for no berries, and she said "that's the best way to order it!" I asked a question and she quickly and diligently found the answer. I walked away completely forgetting about the bad parts of my day, just refreshed by the wonderful staff and how well I was treated. Probably the best Starbucks experience I have had yet!!“
