tell me why the website says you open at 6, it’s now 6:15 & you’re still closed.I was waiting at the drive thru for someone to help me, no one did. Pulled up to the drive thru window to see if there’s anyone inside, which there was…. she stood there and stared at me and didn’t come to the window or anything.Mind you i waited 20 mins for yall to open @ 6 and its now 6:20 & still not open.
The cashier was very nice and helpful when we went in and the food was to be as we expected.They didn’t have a fresh pot of the coffee we ordered, so they brewed a new one which is great, we had time.When the order was called out, another woman took our coffee and when we explained the scenario the barista refused to make another coffee for us. First time here. We had the brisket bagels. Staff was good and restaurant was clean. The food came out fairly fast and was fresh. The bagels were very good! Toasted to perfection. Brisket was about the perfect amount. Cream cheese was just right and the diced jalapeños were a nice add to the flavor without adding too much heat. Will definitely come back if I get the chance!
