Tried Jamba Juice for my first time today & when I walked in I read a sign stating all of the things they were out of (no big deal). We were greeted as soon as we walked in & the workers were very quick to give recommendations and substitutes for the ingredients they were out of. They thanked us for being patient & explained they were going through some management changes and they’re trying their best, and they seriously were so kind and helpful. Love the smoothies but recently they have not been good. I think the staff needs to be trained better . I’m paying ten dollars for a smoothie it shouldn’t be watery and taste like water .. I asked for it to be remade and the taste was slightly better but still watery . The other smoothie I received was simmilar as well but this one was extremely sweet and watery . Clean bathroom. SUPER CUTE atmosphere. The couches were insanely comfy. Super aesthetic place. Easy to order on their touch pad and they had tap to pay and Apple Pay. Lady who gave me my food was sweet. It was empty when I was there and I ordered two smoothies and a tiramisu and it took like five minutes to be ready.
