“Delicious choices including red, green, Panang curries, Pad Thai, Mongolian Beef. Excellent value, prices are good. You choice level of spice. Medium spice was not too hot. I added hot sauce to mine. Our meal came with fountain drinks. It was not busy when we visited on a Saturday for lunch. We got our food right away. Recommend getting special of the day for good value. Portions are generous. We were able to take leftovers home.Vegetarian options: Add Tofu for vegan protein. All meals have vegetarian option.“
“A very busy place and for good reason it seems. I was going for take out but, was told that was going to be an hour, at least but I could have a table in 15 minutes. We were seated in less then 10 minutes table for two. I asked for suggestion between my favorite curries Rama and green . The server replies green curry without hesitation. And I was not disappointed. This is some of the best green curry I've ever eaten. The eggplant was Thai eggplant, and it made the dish pop with flavor. Fresh and complex flavors, clean tasting. Also ordered the pad thai with chicken. Very flavorful bright and tangy. The chicken was not remarkable. We will definitely be back. I think this is my new favorite Thai place. Also enjoyed some Thai iced tea.“
“One of the closest Vietnamese restaurants in my area and the foods always great every time I come, especially the beef vermicelli noodles salad. The services were always great and quick. Also they have a big parking lot and lots of other great places nearby, very convenient. The price is also decent compared to other restaurants.“
“I had a craving this place had just what I wanted! I started with cream cheese wontons. So of the best I have had!My first choice of entre was out, so I got the combination pho. It had a bit of everything. It was very good! I was STUFFED when I left. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area. My only regret was I was not able to sample more of the menu on my first visit. The staff were great. My water was always topped off and the food came out quickly.Vegetarian options: Like a lot of east Asian cuisine, there are are some decent vegetarian options.Parking: The block it is on was a bit busy, so I went around the corner and found a spot near the park.Wheelchair accessibility: The place seemed to be fairly level throughout with enough of room to navigate a wheelchair.“
“We dined in. The place could use some updating but it was spotless.I have to say the ginger tea is the star at Mai Thai. Our meals were perfectly spiced I had Level 4 stir fry.The menu is simple and basic to order from which tells me they concentrate on a quality over quantity.I think retro is really in right now and the style in this restaurant could actually be a selling point. They have cute crocheted items for sale the front door I might request a Finnish flag purse when I go back. I live close by and this was my first time trying the restaurant but they appear to have a lot of dedicated diners base so the happy photos of customers on the wall.Parking: You have to use a service road to get to the parking lot but there is plenty of parking.“
“This is one of our favorite places to stop for lunch or dinner! Delicious fresh food, carefully prepared, large portions, and quick service! We’ve been here a handful of times, and have had various sushi rolls, Thai fried rice, drunken noodles, egg rolls, and gyoza. All delicious and uniquely prepared!“
“The food is AMAZING! It's a little pricey but TOTALLY worth every penny. My teenage son and I go there as a treat-yo-self. ie after conferences,as a reward or a comfort depending. because it's paycheck day or (last time we went) because we hadn't gone in a while. If you're going for food and not an atmosphere, Hong Thai is perfect. The furniture has a Northwoods theme. There's not a lot on the walls. What is on the walls is obviously from Thailand. The plants look like they could use some love. But I didn't come for horticulture or interior design. I came for the food and I keep coming back for the food. The servers are always very nice and efficient. The tables, the silverware, and the bathroom are always clean. That's all I need from a restaurant. Cleanliness, friendliness, and good food! I'm willing to pay a little extra for it.“
“Went there for lunch with some co-workers. Nice little restaurant. Was busy but still got seated and served quickly. Had sweet & and sour chicken, it was delicious. They had 5 spice options: none, mild, medium, hot, Thai hot, so levels for everyone. I was a wimp and just went with mils, lol.“
“We had an incredible meal all three of us and our server Krystal was absolutely above and beyond. We cannot wait to go back! Also, one of my favorite things on the menu is the ciao, fun noodles you can sub them for rice or other noodles in all the dishes and they're really good.“
“Very chill environment and pleasant music selection. The food was prepared timely and tasted great. My server Tyler was amazing, excellent customer service, and very kind (he should get a raise). Good vibes, good food, and a nice and calm atmosphere… what more can I ask for haha.“
“Sawatedee is my all time favorite restaurant. I highly recommend the red curry and the panang curry. It's made with sweet coconut milk so doesnt have the traditional curry flavor. I could drink it straight it's so delicious. And a mango fling. Also what dreams are made of.“
