Slow service restrooms urine on floor not clean at least in half hour woman's room

It was kind of bizarre when first arriving here because none of the three employees that I seen even acknowledged us. Customers sitting down by the door waiting to pick up their food gave us more of a greeting than the staff. After a while somebody greeted us and brought us to our table. The food was ok. I would probably eat here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice in the area.

The waitress was very cold towards us. Took forever to get out order taken. Then my poached eggs were raw.... disgustingly raw but our waitress never came over nor did I see her come out of the kitchen. My bf didn't get the correct side. When she did come out it was 20 minutes after we got our food and she handed us the receipt and started to walk away with saying nothing so us.
