“Today was my first time eating at firehouse subs (Maplewood). I’ve never been the type of person to write reviews after eating out, but I’d like to share my experience! Not only was the sub I had excellent, but the environment was amazing in the store! I was helped by a gentlemen named Devin, his energy was awesome and he made me an awesome sub! I called to get the sandwich delivered this time and explained the situation and between the employee on the phone and the correspondence I received about the issue, I am fully satisfied. Thank you all!Original Review:Desperately wanted a good soft sandwich. The young man didn’t change his gloves after taking an order so that was stressful. Then the sandwiches were made wrong, the bread in my sandwich was taken out which honestly is the worst possible thing you can do when someone asks for LBI. the manager on duty checked the other sandwich and said it was fine but when I got home it was not correct, not cut, gutted and on the hardest bread you can imagine. But hey, at least they slathered it in sauce as I requested, because who doesn’t love soggy crust?Sucks, I try to tip this location really well every time I go in, too. I thought somehow they’d see that when they work hard, people appreciate it. Guess not. I Don’t recommend any longer, only the manager cares and they can’t be everywhere all at once, so you’ll be sacrificing a good meal for convenience, at a very high price point.“
“I made an order online around Noon, lunch time and there was only one person working and she was trying so hard to get everyone in and out. I understand that everyone is short staffed which I totally understand and most of all the customers did as well. I can't help but question where the manager is on a Friday afternoon to help his/her employee if someone doesn't show up or no one else scheduled.“
“If you want delicious food, do yourself a favor and head over. Their salad dressings are made from scratch and that's my favorite thing. The ranch is SOOO delicious! I haven't tried others but my sister and friends loved multiple other kinds. The soup and sandwiches are great, too. The desserts are great and they serve Northern Soda, which is a fun treat, too! I've gone here with multiple friends and relatives and everyone, even "hard to please at restaurants" think it's great!“

“I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.“

From the constantly fresh ingredients, the unique-add called “Mikes Way”, the professional and kind staff, to the clean environment and even awesome wrapping. Best sub experience I’ve ever had in the Midwest. I walked in here late one night after a long day and you wouldn’t be able to tell at all because the team here and the quality made this experience so much more than what other fast food places could ever deliver. “My wife recently had a baby. Her first meal that she wanted after pregnancy? Jersey Mike's. She had missed the cold subs (Mike's Way, of course). I'm more of a cheese steak guy, but all options are delicious. And the service is almost always better than similar fast food/fast casual options. This location always delivers on food and service.“
