Feels like home with the staff. Was having a hard week and they gave me an amazing few hours! Evan and Steffi make me feel like family. Abbey was as always amazing behind the bar. And the FOOD has always been something I go out of my way to have. Taco a day is a good way to live! I'll be back ASAP.
We stopped by Barrio in Minneapolis for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon after the Boat Show. We walked in and the restaurant was except for one or two other tables, surprising for a Saturday afternoon. The bar area was beautifully stocked with tons of tequila and liquor, but empty of patrons. We were seated quickly and given menus and water right away. Calling all tequila connoisseurs! Not enough vegetarian options--I think just one taco option as of today's date--but it's still a very good place. Tastes authentic. Cozy but city vibes. Bartender was good company. Tequila is also great to look at and taste.
