Used to be great but is hit and miss now. Stopped getting shakes because they take forever. Since it takes so long I've had someone else take my shake and just put in the fridge because they lose track. Also had one not correctly blended after a very long time. The aquas frescas last time were very warm. Service can be good but sometimes its clear the employees are not wanting to be there. Still some great menu choices if made correctly.
