I enjoyed my dining experience here. There was an approximately 10 minute wait to be seated. We sat at the bar. I liked the seats because we could see the food coming out of the kitchen and the hustle and bustle of the wait staff right in front of us. My order was correct and the food was hot and tasted great. I love fat Nats. This last time I tried the green chili huevos with carnitas and loved them. The heat does sneak up in you though. I’ve always loved their pancakes, they have my favorite pancakes from anywhere.

The food gets even better! Yesterday, March 1, I ordered the Florentine Omelet, one of my Fat Nat's' favorites (with real sausage, of course) at the St Anthony Location. I've had it dozens of times, but this one was the best ever! Amazing!
