I was fortunate enough to experience the Tuesday night 10 course kaiseki seasonal tasting menu. Each course was beautifully presented and presented authentic Japanese tastes and textures that reflected the spring season. The staff were attentive and accommodating. For example, noticing that my wife was left handed her table setting was set up to reflect that. That has happened to her only one other time. Favorite in Minneapolis - the Omakase is so thoughtfully put together with an intentional flow throughout the whole meal. High quality ingredients and the service and atmosphere were excellent.
