“More expensive than most places, but fairly decent location, staff seems a bit confused about how to direct customers, though. Didn't receive the food at the window, but got a sticker and a drink. The rest of the orders were taken out to the car after eventually being asked to park on the side of the drive through. Different than most places. Might have to try it again, as the food was very good. Hopefully a little training in customer interactions and direction would help bring new customers back. 3 times had to correct the ordering window about incorrectly placing pronouns. Just don't use them if it's too difficult to use them correctly. Then they snuck in another purposefully incorrect pronoun at the end. Customer service is not their forte, but at least the food was cooked correctly. Definitely workable with the right directives from management. “We decided to use this establishment for Christmas evening dinner & it was awesome! We ordered the "All American BBQ Feast" & it was EVERYTHING they said it would be. The "ribs" were outstanding, not fatty at all! We'll be doing this again! A great value & time saver!“
“Food is standard Perkins food. They had a great muffin selection though. Service was fantastic. We went on Thursday around 7 pm. Staff worked great together to serve our party. They kept the place clean and operating smoothly. Felt like days before the pandemic when service mattered to most restaurants. I'd go again just for the service.“
“One of my favorite not-a-chain restaurants. Never had a bad meal here. Inside and outside both have great seating options. We were inside this last time and everyone's meals came out as ordered and my bloody Mary was delicious. “One of my favorites bars, excellant food, drinks and service...Adam is an amazing bartender!!I had to edit my review...RE has EXCELLANT food and drinks...but the male bartenders are terrible. I was a regular customer, sometimes dining twice a week with friends. Last few times i was there the bartenders completely ignored us....finally..one of the ladies who worked there came behind the bar to mix us drinks. It was NOT busy. Another bartender refused to let me sample a beer. I quit coming after that:(“
“A bar and grill with a solid family restaurant vibe. We ordered the shrimp tacos and chicken quesadilla. Was not expecting a place like this to perfectly execute the tex mex seasoning that both dishes had. They also serve up a delicious house made salsa. The quesadilla is well worth the price given how much they stuff inside, will be getting this again in the future.“
“I haven’t eaten at Red Robin in at least a couple years because it’s not super close to me, but when I did I would always look forward to ordering their delicious crispy chicken sandwich. When I returned last week, I noticed that their menu had significantly downsized but was glad to see that this was still an available option. I did see on the menu that they were using a new and improved recipe but figured it would be just as good or better. I was definitely less than impressed when I got my sandwich. It was tough, greasy, and had some of new seasoning that wasn’t appealing to me. I ended up only eating half of it. Not sure what else I would order in the future because my next choice would have been shrimp, but that was also modified to a spicy option which was not how it was before. Staff was very friendly and service was great but was definitely disappointed with the new chicken sandwich. Bring the old recipe back!“
“Food hot and fresh. I enjoy going to Culver's to treat myself to their draft rootbeer. Went at 6pm when drive thru was backed up. Went in to order and all the employees were hustling and smiling and apologizing for the wait great atmosphere of the crew. I was impressed. This site in Plymouth was rockin it!“
“Although I had a good breakfast, I was hoping for a GREAT breakfast. It took way too long to get to me. Person said that it was because they had a huge order ahead of me...???...I saw no one ahead of me. The dinning area was practically empty....maybe for take out, I don't know..so I have to play second fiddle to someone else's order. My potatoes and eggs were cold. I requested salsa, I recieved something that looked like yesterdays left over salsa, it even had one tiny shred of cheddar cheese, yes, one! For breakfast and for salsa on your food, the salsa can be heated up....for better salsa, you can add more jalapeños, this was pretty much old diced tomatoes....you can see my pictures here for reference.The bacon was good.....“
“We stopped here after a hickey game and wanted to watch more while eating dinner. The half price apps and draft beers was an incredible value! The soup and apps were really good! The service was fast but we did wait a while for our drinks. The only thing that docked our 5* rating was that we had to ask a couple of time to get a hockey game on a TV that was close to our table. Beyond that, we would recommend this place whole heartedly!“
“Interestingly, you will hear a wide range of music in this place lol there's a rap song in the guy singing redrum redrum redrum. Don't be alarmed by this trust me there is some really cool music which I couldn't even figure out the song with the flute what it was and I asked, Kenzie, and she didn't know either she asked her manager what was playing even before I said something. The point is this is a really great place. I happen to almost get stranded here at the hotel next-door. I have a big rig company. she told me that it's Spotify playlist, different onesUnfortunately, a half hour north west of here the angry flower shop lady freaked out when I told her hey we need to get your tropical plants unloaded we succeeded and I headed here to set up shop protect my truck and myself in case it got brutal weather . The bartender says it's pretty bad right now , this is a great place family owned the father started it and then kids bought him out and change the name from grizzlies to what it is now.
