Hidden jewel in the Eden prairie area excellent food prepared professionally and currently being operated only by two people. I was pleasantly surprised by the food the portions and the professionalism of the people who work there.
This is a favorite Mexican restaurant of mine. We appreciate the friendly service of the staff and appreciate the extensive and authentic menu. We the often sit in their parking lot patio when it is warm enough to dine outside. The Texas Fajitas are a wonderful menu item - they must have a really hot griddle because the shrimp, chicken and beef are always seriously seared.

Five of us went out for lunch during a very busy time of day. Despite being short staffed and completely full of diners, we managed to get a table quickly. Our orders got taken promptly and our food came faster than I imagined it would. Everything was correct with all of our orders and the service was attentive. The food was good and the cheese dip was outstanding. We will definitely be back.
