I've ordered BBQ Mac with Steak at this location many times. At this store they consistently forget to add the BBQ sauce and jalapeño chips. Normally they are polite and work with me and I understand with being busy. I called to let them know they had messed up this order a nth time at this location. My mac was just noodles with steak and cheese (missing the BBQ and chips). The general manager, Tristan, first tells me, "I remember making that order, we definitely did it right."...read full review
No sure why my Mac and Cheese barely had any cheese mostly noodles. I added more cheese once I got home and I don't understand why my Mac and Cheese tastes like stir fry. I have never had an issue like this at this location ever but very odd. I was very surprised and disappointed more in the taste the not having nearing enough normal amount of cheese sauce.
