Panera was super busy when I stopped in today! They were short staffed and full of orders! I unfortunately, due to my work, could not stay and wait for my order so my money was refunded.I commend the staff for working so hard today to get all the orders out in a timely manner. I believe they said they had over 60 orders they were working on! I would've waited if I'd have had more time!! I will be back another time to get the sandwich I was craving today! It was good all around. Food was delicious. Staff very helpful. Now only if the Panera franchise would update their bathrooms. The ones I've been in definitely needs Improvement.

Self service, of course, but no trays or anything you might need to bring a couple plates and drinks to your table. Half my sandwich ended up on the floor as I tried to navigate my way through the crowded restaurant. When I went back to ask for a new top to my sandwich, the chefs basically told me "too bad, so sad". So I went back to my table to eat my flavorless bottom half. No hurry to return to this place. Lame.
