Love JJ but this is one of the worst locations in the metro. Chronically understaffed, slow and employees that don't really seem to care that much. But when it's this consistently bad, it's more likely poor management than the staff. Try another location if you can.
Hi- I filled out an online form for this location. We should connect about the experience I just had there.Had a real rough morning. And I had a bad attitude with someone at your counter. Went back and apologized to them for disrupting their day.

Awesome restaurant. The new night manager gal is super awesome and made the best sandwich I've had. U can tell she takes her job seriously and genuinely enjoys her job and had the best customer service ever. Big smile . Big thank you. Oh and they are freaky fast, fresh and tasty.
